StoreCheckup Pro privacy notice

This notice describes the report-only extension and the planned Pro licensing service. Paid purchases remain disabled. The published free extension is also covered by its AgenticEcom privacy notice.

Local audit information

Your audit URLs, dates, findings, optional screenshots, your own business branding stay in your browser. StoreCheckup does not passively collect browsing history, discover contacts, draft or send messages, or upload report content to its licensing service. Optional Google tests share the selected public URL with Google after your action.

Purchases and licensing

Paddle processes purchase email, billing and payment information under its checkout privacy terms. StoreCheckup's licensing service stores a random purchase identifier, a hash of the private recovery secret, the chosen price, Paddle transaction/subscription identifiers and relevant billing event records. It verifies current billing status to issue a short-lived signed licence. No card data, report content, logos or audited website contact details are accepted by that service.

Security and retention

Cloudflare hosts the licensing service. Short-lived rate-limit records use hashed IP-derived keys and expire after minutes; Cloudflare may process technical request information as the infrastructure provider. Uncompleted intents without a transaction are removed after seven days and webhook deduplication records after 90 days. Purchase identifiers and historical billing records are retained while needed to fulfil access and support. Old refund markers may be retained as historical records; access is decided by the current paid period, not permanent revocation after any refund. Contact us for access/deletion requests; required accounting information held by Paddle follows its own retention duties.

Your choices

Export/delete reports locally, disconnect a browser without canceling the subscription, use Manage subscription to stop renewals, and keep the private recovery file safe. We do not sell audit information, use it for advertising profiles or assess creditworthiness. StoreCheckup's use of Chrome data complies with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements.
